Amazing beer batter recipe

1 cup flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1 cup beer
1/4 cup vodka

Wisk all together. Roll fish in flour and then dip into bater. You can deep fry or pan fry in your desired oil.

This is my go to for halibut, lingcod and rockfish larger pieces for fish and chips or smaller for amazing fish tacos
